Indicative rates, not an offer.
The Serbian dinar (RSD) is the national currency, but large purchases such as property or cars are often priced in euros, so euro–dinar is the most requested exchange; US dollars, Swiss francs and Bosnian marks are also traded. Belgrade and Novi Sad have the most offers, with more in Niš, Kragujevac and Subotica.
Licensed exchange offices (menjačnica) are found on almost every central street, with rates on display boards. P2P offers let you swap USDT or USDC for dinars.
Below are exchange offices from open sources.
