Curaçao uses the Caribbean guilder (XCG), which replaced the Netherlands Antillean guilder and is pegged to the US dollar; US dollars are accepted almost everywhere. Services are concentrated in Willemstad, around Punda, Otrobanda and the Pietermaai district.
