Nassau on New Providence has the most banks and services, followed by Freeport on Grand Bahama.
Banking on the smaller Out Islands is limited, so it is worth exchanging before you travel there. In the Bahamas, listings let you exchange US dollars for Bahamian dollars directly with another person, in cash or by transfer.
